B.E.S.T. IN THE USEMERGENZA FINALS COMING SOON!

It’s been almost one year since the first show in America, and now the first four American regional finals contest will take place on May 28th in Buffalo, Nashville, Pittsburgh and Milwaukee respectively. Other city finals are going to take place all across U.S.A. and Canada by the second week of June. The regional finals will be held in Detroit, Philadelphia, Memphis, Tampa, Cincinnati and Toronto. The three US Finalists along with one from Canada will be chosen on 25th of June in Atlanta, Chicago, Boston and Montreal.

Winners for each finals contests, regardless of scale, will be chosen by a jury that includes experts, music industry personalities and media partners and Emergenza tour managers. At all the finals contests, all parties will have the chance to express their opinion about the best band, and the best band will be awarded a special prize.

In August, 20 bands from USA, Canada and 10 from European will get together in Rothenburg for the International Final contest to compete for the title of the best band on Earth.

On May 28th, B.E.S.T. 2005 performs its last show of this season. But next autumn the hottest group of the year will be picked up again to play live on the B.E.S.T. circuit. Those bands selected will play at the end of the Emergenza show as special guests.

The official list of prizes for the season 2005 is finished. Without mentioning the $600,000 in musical instruments and gear that will be awarded during the Taubertal International Final in August, tons of wonderful prizes are ready for the best musicians at the end of the final show in the most important European cities.
Several partners (Mapex being a prominent one) offer most of those prizes and support the Festival. For the 2005 finals, many new and surprising prizes will be added to the heap of those already announced at the beginning of the season.
